Sales Agreement

All products, services and prices presented by Fleetzone.ie or its Representatives do not constitute legally binding offers. Once Fleetzone.ie  accepts payment or a completed Order Form for goods your order will be considered legally binding . You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed.  The sales agreement is valid as soon as the delivery confirmation has been sent.

 

It is important to note that in the case of Carkit / Handsfree installations additional leads may be required.  This is due to revisions and modifications that some Manufacturers make on vehicle models.  You will be advised of such possible additional costs before your order is scheduled for Installation.

 

Fleetzone.ie cannot be held responsible for any non-manufacture aftermarket altertions to your vehicle's stereo / electrical system and how same could effect our installation.  Any costs associated with amending these alterations will be advised on site, you will be invoiced accordingly.

 

Retention of Title

The goods delivered remain the property of Fleetzone.ie until full payment has been received.

 

Our Rights to Cancel

 

Fleetzone.ie reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion whether it be due to lack of stock, fraud suspicion or any other reason.  The order completed email does not indicate that your order has been accepted, it purely means your payment (or commitment to pay by cheque etc) has been accepted and your order will be processed by a member of the team shortly.

Installation Services

Fleetzone.ie will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that our Installer delivers your chosen system to you, together with one set of documentation per install, on the date and time required by you our customer.  You in turn will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that the vehicle and sites are available for us to provide the Installation Service.

 

Fleetzone.ie will charge a Cancellation Fee of €40 per vehicle if our installer(s) travels to site to complete installations and the vehicles are unavailable.  Cancellations should be made in writing, by fax  (01 8900388) email (info@fleetzone.ie) or text (087 8154643), 48hrs before the installation due date – please quote your Order Reference No as indicated on your email confirmation.

 

As part of the Installation Service our Installer may be required to alter parts of the vehicle, such as the dashboard, roof, chassis or fuel line.  You, our Customer acknowledges that neither Fleetzone.ie nor our Installers are responsible for restoring the vehicle to its original, pre-installation condition if the product is removed.

 

Your equipment will be installed in accordance with MPT1362 Codes of Practice.  The workmanship and materials used in the installation are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of the original installation by Fleetzone.ie.  Any faults appearing in the equipment will be dealt with during this period. Where necessary the equipment will be replaced.

 

After this 90 day period call outs are charged at standard rates (details of which are available from our offices).  The product / equipment purchased is covered by a 12 month warranty.

 

A Service Charge will be payable on any of the above visits if the product failure is found to as a result of

a) Driver or Employee tampering

b) Product has been damaged

c) Product/ unit is subject to a user problem

d) Is subject to an Airtime problem where you provided your own SIM cards

 

Warranty

All products supplied offer a 12 month standard warranty.

Installation Services – 90 days

 

ECONOMAX – The Economax Fuel Catalyst unit is guaranteed to give full benefit if fitted with an engine strictly according to manufacturers instructions.  Fleetzone.ie’s liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective unit or in the event were you can prove that the performance of the unit has not been found satisfactory within the completion of the 3000kms break-in period in the case of vehicles or 20hrs in the case of generators from the date and time of installation.  The price of the unit will be fully refunded on the return of the unit.

 

Fleetzone.ie undertake that the use of Economax shall not do any harm to an engine.

The warranty ceases to apply if the unit is damaged by tampering, misuse or mishandling.

 

Returns

We Fleetzone.ie view customer satisfaction as our number one priority. Therefore if you are unhappy with the product purchased, return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will issue a refund for it provided that it is in a fully re-saleable condition (i.e the product must be unused and the packaging intact). Please note that any unwanted product returned to us will be subject to a 15% restocking charge or a minimum of 10 euros.  Customer is responsible for Postage & Packaging.

Should you receive a faulty or incorrect product Fleetzone.ie will, where applicable, dispatch a replacement. In this instance you will be billed for the replacement product and a refund will be issued for the incorrect item. If we have sent out the incorrect item, Fleetzone.ie will provide a full order refund (including the outgoing delivery charge). We will not refund the cost of returning the product to us. This product refund however is subject to the item been returned in a fully re-saleable condition.
